We wanted to create something that captures the artistic spirit of Newyork SOHO district, while giving the residents the space and privacy they actually want. Instead of just putting up one more typical apartment  near Sarjapur Road in Bengaluru, we thought differently. The idea was simple yet bold: Why compromise? Enjoy the freedom of villa life, now reimagined in a high-rise, with all the convenience included. More Than Just Amenities – It’s About How You Live

After three years of planning and design, District 25 now spans 63 acres of thoughtfully developed space.
