We wanted to create something that captures the artistic spirit of Newyork SOHO district, while giving the residents the space and privacy they actually want. After three years of planning and design, District 25 now spans 63 acres of thoughtfully developed space. The centrepiece is our 2.5 lakh square foot clubhouse – not because we wanted to boast about size, but because residents told us they needed versatile spaces that could adapt to their changing needs.

Our swimming pool was designed for both serious lap swimmers and families who want to relax on weekends. We included tennis and squash courts because these sports never go out of style, but we also added pickleball courts after seeing how popular the game has become. The AV rooms serve double duty for both entertainment and those important video calls that need a professional backdrop.
The amphitheatre was actually suggested by our early residents who wanted a proper venue for community events and cultural programs. It has become the heart of District 25′s social life.
